Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days after confirmation and dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of PKR 165 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD) will be charged an additional PKR 50 COD handling fee.

Online Payments

Customers who complete their payment in advance through our available online payment methods will not be charged the additional PKR 50 COD handling fee.

Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
